In 2013, while living in the bustling metropolis of New York City, I stumbled upon my first yoga teacher, Marco Rojas. It was through him that I discovered a profound love for yoga, and I eagerly delved into its practice. After spending several years under Marco's guidance, I embarked on my first-ever teacher training at the renowned Metta Earth Institute in Vermont. This transformative experience set me on a path of self-discovery and growth. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, I continued my studies under Jared McCann at Lighthouse Yoga Studio in Brooklyn, completing both his 200-hour and 500-hour teacher trainings.

Seeking a change of scenery, I relocated to the serene North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Embracing the island's tranquil atmosphere, I immersed myself in the local yoga community, teaching asanas at a beloved yoga studio Open Space in Haleiwa and offering private group classes. During my time in Hawaii, I also embarked on two 10 day Vipassana courses, cultivating a strong foundation in meditation and spirituality that has profoundly shaped my life.
