  • Level up with our :rise classes, the perfect complement to our invigorating :rise blends. These sessions are a mashup of yoga, movement, breathwork and meditation—a full mind, body and spirit experience. BONUS: Folks who attend one of our classes get a free cup of MUD\WTR after class.

  • Definitely! Check out our class schedule and click on the class you want to join. Create a Mindbody account, if you don’t already have one, and save your spot there.

  • If you roll in about 10 minutes before showtime, you're golden. Just remember, the café's lights don't flip on until 7 a.m. that complimentary cup of MUD\WTR magic will have to wait 'til post-sweat sesh.

  • Comfort is key. You do you—wear whatever you can move, groove and bend in. Pro tip: BYO towel.

  • Pack your yoga mat, towel and a journal (or bring your phone to journal in, but ya know, screen time vs. mindfulness). Thirsty? We gotchu with free filtered tap water or bottled aqua for purchase if you're feeling bougie.

  • No showers here—just sweat, good vibes and some mind-altering classes.

  • Absolutely! But classes fill up fast, so snagging a spot beforehand is the best way to go if you’re sure you’re going to show.

  • You've got a 12-hour window to bail on your class plans. Funds head back to your account, no harm done. But passes and packages can't be returned once redeemed.

  • Shoot an email over to gather@mudwtr.com to hop on the waitlist for any class. It’s a first-come, first-served deal.

  • In our lot? A few precious spots – it's like finding an oasis in the desert. Grab one if you can, first come, first park. Missed out? Main Street's your next best bet. It's the urban jungle's version of musical chairs, car edition.
